All subcontractors must comply with OSHA regulations and all site-specific safety policies. Subcontractors are responsible for ensuring their crews are properly trained and follow safe work practices at all times. Any safety incidents, hazards, or injuries must be reported immediately to The Trades Group. Failure to follow safety requirements may result in removal from the project site.

Subcontractors must provide and enforce proper PPE for all workers including, but not limited to: • Hard hats • Safety glasses • High-visibility vests • Work gloves • Steel-toe boots • Additional PPE required by the project or jobsite

Subcontractors working on behalf of The Trades Group agree that they will not: • Advertise or promote their services to The Trades Group customers • Solicit or accept work directly from The Trades Group customers • Provide project pricing or quotes directly to customers • Represent themselves as employees of The Trades Group All project communication, scope changes, and pricing must be coordinated through The Trades Group management.
